What is missing that still organizations are lagging in outcomes?
⭕ Customer experience (CX) has declined 23% globally in 2025. (second year in a row)
⭕ 95% of #GenAI projects did not have any P&L impact.
⭕ At least 1 in 6 answers (23% up to 40%) from experts using AI is incorrect.
⭕ 80% of AI/ML projects failed to delivery any meaningful business value.
These are not the sign of success by any measure, no matter how painful it feels.
